The team includes Chartered Town Planners, regulated by the RTPI and offering the security of professional indemnified advice from the outset of our discussions with landowners. We work closely with our architectural design partners to ensure our schemes are design led from the earliest stage.

The Reeve Brown team work with a large but closely knit team of specialist sub-consultants to manage report preparation for areas such as ecology and trees.

The planning and development team is led by Jonathan Brown and Sam Lees, both former solicitors who are passionate about delivering outstanding advice to clients. Our approach emphasises the need for sensitive, well-designed and well-planned residential development that enhances the lives of existing and future residents, as well as high quality commercial development to support our business clients. We believe that promoting sustainable and deliverable sites are an important social cause by contributing towards solving the UK housing shortage.
